This project comprised the external refurbishment and internal strip out and refurbishment of the warehouse / office space on a 450,000 sq ft facility.

This included –

  • Demolition and strip out of existing office accommodation
  • Complete CAT B deign and fit out of new office accommodation,
  • Brand New Mechanical and Electrical service throughout.
  • New Window and curtain walling installations
  • Thermal improvements throughout
  • Installation of 5 new WC accommodation blocks
  • New 14,000 sq ft furniture showroom
  • Installation of 14 automated roller shutters and 4500m2 of composite cladding.
  • Refurbish over 250,000 sq ft cladded roof and roof lights
  • Reline over 1100 linear meters of valley gutters to achieve a 15 year warranty
  • Over 35,0000 sq ft of civils refurbishment and security measures
